We support local artisans…

…at our conferences. This year’s conference, we are able to offer 18 spaces for vendors. We are seeking local artisans, book publishers, and others that is interested in marketing to our attendees. We generally have nearly 300 attendees at our conferences that include students, community members, professors, teachers, health practitioners, and more. Vendor spaces are available for $50 for the two days: June 26-27, 2020. We respectfully request a donated item for our silent auction in addition to fee.

Booth Information

  • Space is approximately 6’ x 6’ located on the San Juan College campus in the Foyer of the Henderson Fine Arts Center (see map below).

  • Vendors are required to set up within the space allotted. Additional fees for extra space will be charged at the discretion of DSCI.

  • Vendor spaces are assigned on a first come first serve basis. Registration and set up will begin at 8 a.m. on Friday, June 26, 2020.

  • Electrical outlets will not be available.

  • Please bring your own hand trucks and dollies One 6’ table and 2 chairs will be provided.

Other Rules:

  • No Food vendors are allowed.

  • DSCI is not responsible for injuries, lost, stolen, and/or damaged merchandise Property damage, of which you are responsible for, will be charged to you.

  • Vendors agree to abide by all state and tribal laws of the state of New Mexico and the Navajo Nation, and any and all applicable federal, state, and local rules and regulations.

  • All state, tribal, and county taxes are vendor’s responsibility.

  • All vendors are asked to donate one item to the DSCI silent auction.

  • Booth fees are refundable one week before the event.

  • This is a drug and substance free event.

  • The DSCI Board of Directors reserves the right to request that any inappropriate items to be removed.

  • These rules and information maybe amended at anytime.
