Vendor rules and expectations

Booth Space:

1.      Vendors are required to set up within the space allotted.  Additional fees for extra space will be charged at the discretion of DSCI

2.      Vendor spaces are assigned on a first come first serve basis

3.      Registration and set up will begin at 7:30 a.m. on Friday October 26, 2018

4.      Electrical outlets are limited and will be used exclusively by DSCI and Diné College

5.      Please bring your own hand trucks and dollies

 

Notification:

1.      No Food vendors are allowed (college policy)

2.      DSCI is not responsible for injuries, lost, stolen, and/or damaged merchandise

3.      Property damage, of which you are responsible for, will be charged to you

4.      Vendors agree to abide by all state and tribal laws of the state of Arizona and the Navajo Nation, and any and all applicable federal, state, and local rules and regulations.  All state, tribal, and county taxes are vendor’s responsibility.

5.      All vendors are asked to donate one item to the DSCI silent auction

6.      Booth fees are non-refundable

7.      This is a drug and substance free event

8.      The DSCI Board of Directors reserves the right to request that any inappropriate items to be removed
